YOU AGREE, THROUGH YOUR USE OF FEATHEREDFRIENDS.COM, THAT YOU WILL:

  1. Be Mature:  We allow our customers to post material that is hopefully interesting and informative for the benefit of our website users.  We do not however want our site flooded with advertising, chain letters, solicitations and spam and I’m sure you don’t either.  Please do not post material which is false, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, obscene, threatening (do we really have to go on here), harassing, taunting, defamatory, sexually offensive etc…  While we do not monitor posted messages, we reserve the right to remove postings that we feel violate the spirit of our terms of use.

Be Responsible:  Feathered Friends allows you, the user, to create content on our website and with this comes a certain level of responsibility.  Copyright protection exists for a reason and it applies to you and any information you post on our site.  If you didn’t create it you don’t own it so please don’t post it.  This includes but is not limited to any posted material, photos and videos.  If we receive a complaint or legal action arising from the information posted by you we reserve the right to reveal any information we have.  
      
  3. Not steal:  The information and assets presented on this website, including but not limited to all descriptions, images, videos, logos etc… are the property of Feathered Friends.  These assets cannot be used or modified in any way without the consent of Feathered Friends.
      
  4. Use Common Sense:  The information posted in the product reviews is the subjective opinion of our customers.  Feathered Friends does not edit this information for accuracy and if you use this information to guide your purchasing decisions you do so at your own risk.
