I have an EOS Jacket and a Flicker UL 20 quilt. Both are better than expected and have been on quite a few PCT hikes. I wanted another quality product to lighten my pack when the EOS Jacket was not needed. The EOS vest fits the bill perfectly and is just what I was looking for. Another great FF product!

I work in an unheated warehouse where the temps hover around low 40s high 30s most mornings and this vest is perfect as a layer under my fleece to keep me warm. It is also incredibly light. I can’t wait to take it backpacking in Joshua Tree next weekend as a mid layer. If I have to point out a negative the design is strictly functional. No fancy frills here. Just a solid and warm vest that looks like it will last several years.

United StatesDisappointing after owning 3 of the Helios vests.
I am disappointed with the Eos vest. I love the color. I am spoiled by owning 3 of the Helios vests. The Helois vests are thick and plump with down. I also like the elastic around the arm holes a very nice fit. The Eos on the other hand is flat in my opinion with no elastic around the arm holes.

I really have nothing bad to say about it. I love the vest I wear it almost every day. I am 6’2” 215 pounds and ordered an extra large as that’s the size I typically wear. It is slightly snug around the waist, but definitely not bad Actually considering ordering another one in a different color.
