To Measure
Sleeve:
With your arms slightly bent measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to your wrist
Chest:
Measure around your chest holding the measuring tape under your armpit
Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part
Inseam:
While standing, measure from the inside of your leg from crotch to ankle

Probably the lightest jacket I have, keeps warmth in and I didn't sweat once. Due to order the vest soon, I love it. It is also nice to buy something still made in the US/Canada. The only comment and it is not necessarily negative is the Zipper is not the easiest to lock in. Perhaps room for improvement but overall, amazing stuff.

I have purchased many down items from Feathered Friends including a comforter, several throws, Eos men’s and woman’s vests, and Eos woman’s jacket. Every one of them is very high quality feather light and very warm. My Helios hooded down jacket did not disappoint either. Very high quality and perfect for backpacking in cold weather or at home. I almost bought the Khumba, but read I would probably burn up in it unless temperatures were below zero. I made the right decision and love my Helios.
