Sleeve:
With your arms slightly bent measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to your wrist
Chest:
Measure around your chest holding the measuring tape under your armpit
Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part
Inseam:
While standing, measure from the inside of your leg from crotch to ankle

The jacket is very nice and warm but the elastic at the sleeves is quite loose and I constantly get a draft up my arms. I also wish there was at least one large mesh pocket on the inside for gear/climbing shoes. Especially with the absence of a drawcord at the bottom to keep things from falling out. Seems like an easy addition.
