Hands down the most popular bag we've ever made, and for good reason. Compared to other mummy bags in the market, the Swallow is the ideal combination of light-weight warmth with room to sleep thanks to a more relaxed cut (more spacious than the Hummingbird, narrower than the Swift). The Swallow is the definition of an ideal all-around backcountry sleeper that can satisfy a wide range of three-season conditions.
Available in 20 Degree and 30 Degree options.
UL: Ultralight. Pertex® Endurance® 10 denier water-resistant/breathable fabric.

Awesome
Excellent quality materials and craftmanship, and amazing customer service. A sleeping bag that should last a lifetime plus, if taken care of, so why buy anything else?
3rd feathered friends
Bought my first bag in 1985 and my second in 2004. Both served me well on 3+season camping all over this whole wide world. Just retired and celebrated my 60 with my third FF. We are ready for the biggest adventures ever in my new 950 fill, 30’ bag!
Fantastic sleeping bag!
I recently decided to upgrade to a new sleeping bag before a bucket list trip to Patagonia. I had read great reviews about Feathered Friends over the years, so I decided to go with the 30-degree Swallow. I could not be happier with this purchase! It’s super high quality, and provides outstanding warmth for the weight. In my opinion the 30-degree rating is very conservative compared to bags I’ve had in the past with similar temperature ratings. Most of my backpacking and camping trips are in summer, but I occasionally backpack in colder weather at higher elevations. This is an excellent 3-season bag will be able to meet all my needs outside of the occasional winter camping trip. Can’t recommend it enough!
