A lightweight compact size carabiner from Petzl with a very unique uni-wire anti-snag gate closure system they call MonoFil Keylock technology. A great choice for climbers looking for the lightest weight compact size non-locking carabiner. Features built into the shape of the carabiner help to promote proper positioning and axis alignment of quickdraws/slings. The inset MonoFil Keylock gate also reduces the chance of it rubbing and catching on rock features, while a clean out hole in the nose of the carabiner helps to allow snow, ice, and dirt to more easily clear out. Wider rope and anchor contact surfaces provide better rope glide and reduce wear. The shape of the nose is designed to optimize clipping and unclipping.
