Warranty Inquiry

We're proud of the skill and care that go into crafting our products, and all Feathered Friends products are guaranteed to the original owner (with proof of purchase) for the lifetime of the product against defects in workmanship or materials. If you believe your product falls short, please use the form below to submit a warranty inquiry. Please provide as much information as possible, and include detailed images of the issue as well as an image of the full product. 

When sending in items for warranty evaluation, please ensure the item is clean or we may need to assess a wash fee prior to review.  

Please Note: Feathered Friends will repair or replace warranty issues at our discretion. Submitting a warranty inquiry does not guarantee that the issue will be covered by our warranty. Damage due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence or the natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered under warranty, but we are happy to provide a repair quote.
