Our massively popular Flicker is available in a wide version - perfect for those looking for more wiggle room or a larger blanket. The quilt-style Flicker was created to balance comfort and versatility without compromising on weight. Since production began it has become a favorite of thru-hikers and ultralight hikers. Unzipped, it can be a large quilt on warmer nights and the wide version can more easily cover two adults when needed. On cooler nights, cinch the footbox tight and zip the bag to transform it into a full center-zip mummy sleeping bag.

Looks great!
I just received this flicker UL wide 20°, and have not used it yet. That being said, the quality is excellent, and having used other 20° quilts, I am sure this is going to be perfect. Not only does it come with a stuff sack but it also comes with a breathable bag for storage that is just big enough to keep it at a manageable size while still allowing it to remain lofty. Can’t wait to get it out in real world use.

my new sleeping bag was the high point on a recent hunting trip to AK. kept me toasty and i slept like a baby! Paco

Incredible Versatility
The bag is top quality — flawless construction and craftsmanship. That’s pretty much a given when describing FF products but it bears mentioning. I’m a side and stomach sleeper, 6’ 1”, ~180 lbs., and went with the Wide / Long as it gives me room to fully stretch out when sleeping on my stomach. I am a cold sleeper, so decided to go with the 20F version. The versatility of this bag is incredible. I took it out for the first time last weekend. The lowest it got at night was 59F. I used the bag in full quilt mode and was perfectly comfortable on a Nemo Tensor Insulated pad (R4.2) in shorts and a t-shirt. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this bag in ranges from 20-75F. Incredible. Looking forward to using this bag in lower temps throughout the fall and winter. One thing worth mentioning is that the outer fabric is somewhat translucent, so you can actually see the feathers in the bag under certain lighting conditions. This isn’t really apparent from any of the online images, but is to be expected given the UL fabric. Both the inner and outer fabrics feel nice and durable. The Tangerine color looks great in person. On a side note, I can’t say enough good things about FF customer service. This is a company that cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

Wrapped in comfort
LOVE this quilt! Soooooo much more comfortable than my mummy bags. Wish I would have gone this route long ago. Get yourself a good r factor 4+ sleeping pad and pillow and gets the best night’s sleep of your backpacking/camping life! It starts right here with this quilt and sets the standard for sleeping in comfort. You won’t regret it.

Love this bag!!!
40 degree, 2020, wide. Awesome! I'm 6'0" and it's perfect. Would rebuy except it will probably last a LONG time!! I tend to get cold and this is a 3-season bag for me up to 10,000ft
