Q: How long will it take to complete and ship an Eos Jacket?
A: Due to the demand, it may take up to 3 weeks for the Eos to be shipped out.

Q: Will you be making more Eos?
A: Yes! We are constantly crafting more Eos Down Jackets in Seattle. We will be releasing more over the next few months.

Q: Why are you doing a limited release?
A: Supply chain woes. Many of our raw materials were significantly delayed the past year.

Q: I wasn't able to get the color or size that I wanted. What can I do?
A: If the color and size you are looking for is sold out, sign up to be notified! When they are back in stock, we send out emails on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Q: What's different about this Eos from the previous model?
A: We received a lot of feedback over the years, and the most common Eos requests were for a zippered chest pocket and adjustable drawstrings on the hood instead of lycra. So we did just that!

Astounding warmth

This jacket changed my life basically… I am living on raw land with minimal heat and power in Northern NM. It has helped me a tonnn! So warm, I sleep in it. I am 6’1” tall, 150 lbs and a medium fits but like a base layer. If you wanna wear this over clothes then order a size up. I have broad shoulders and thin and I can wear a smart-wool shirt under it comfortably, maybe another thin button down too. I would get a size up but I feel the reason this is so warm is because I wear it basically like a base-layer, fairly snug. Way worth it, amazing quality. Wanting to buy 2 of them really. Way better than the china junk. Spend your money on nice USA made things; lasts a lifetime!

Exceptional build quality

This is the epitome of warmth to weight ratio, whether used as an insulating layer or stuffed in a backpack as an extra layer for backcountry skiing- the lightweight, fit and warmth can’t be matched. 6”/170# L is perfect- form fitting but room for thicker base layering. Chest pocket a crucial new addition

Eos hooded jacket

I have a twenty year old jacket with more fill (thicker). I love that coat but it’s very warm and the sleeves are two inches too short. I have a friend with the eon coating he let me try his and the sleeves are perfect. Thanks

Latest update Late Fall 2022 More form-fitting vs pre-updated and same great quality

Short version: Ordered from latest release of “Updated” EOS. Compared to Pre-updated EOX in XL, side panels are cut slimmer in places, back panel also, and front panel. Some tapering downward in certain panels, Just enough flaring in back to make the jacket look “urban-approved.” Pockets are again wide and deep like my pre-updated version. If I ever go back up to 200lb I might not be able to wear this over a t-shirt. Hood baffles have been changed since the original “updated” version and it will still fit over a helmet, just not as comfortably. Fabric is perceptibly smoother than pre-updated. Same as original updated. Tried sleeping in original on a trip, once, and it wasn’t as comfortable. I own a size Large from last year’s “updated” release and have slept in that- it was very comfortable to sleep in. It was also a tad snug in the shoulders and around torso. I run warm but need a hooded jacket or I get cold. Easily warm down to freezing and probably a tad lower - at least for me. This version is super comfortable has a great hood (I don’t climb so other than a few 14’ers on my bucket list, I would not ordinarily need a helmet) and fits well under my arcteryx hadron anorak and Alpha FL shells (both xl). Arms are long (perfect for me) and shoulders are perfect for me also. My torso is slightly long for my height, my arms are just long. shoulders are kinda broad. Done buying down jackes - this is “the one.” At my age don’t think I”ll need another one- good thing - prices have gone up a lot in the last two years. But here I am- reviewing the one I just bought. I have an acquaintance who still goes out at least once every year and is 20 years my senior. If I can match that, the investment will have been worth it. The jacket is lighter by a "tad" vs. my pre-update version in the same size. Bear in mind the revision to hood, the external chest pocket, and the added layer of fabric on the inside of the front all add up- but this jacket is about .3 oz lighter than my pre-updated in the same size: 13.2 oz for my size XL vs. 13.5 oz. for my older, "pre-updated version." Throw pockets inside would have been nice and probably minimal work to add. There are lighter jackets with similar fill (in weight, probably not quality) but I have seen a few that right out of the gate either leak or have torn. This jacket with minimal care and feeding will probably still look new 20 years from now.
