Sleeve:
With your arms slightly bent measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to your wrist
Chest:
Measure around your chest holding the measuring tape under your armpit
Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part
Inseam:

I got the Eos jacket for Christmas but wanted a different color, no hood, and a little more warmth. The Helios fit the bill. Everyone at customer service is so nice. Their exchange process is so awesome--so personal. My Helios arrived in the middle of an ice storm and I wore it for 3 days while our power was out. Was never once cold. Never going back to another brand. Thanks FF!!!

This jacket is AMAZING! Sososo warm and is able to pack down to about half of the size of my laptop. Great for wearing around town when it is super cold or mountaineering. My only complaint is that this jacket only comes in men sizes— I am a petite woman and the XS is oversized on me but it works well enough. I wish you would at least expand to include a XXS if you stick to only men’s sizing.

Very warm BUT outer shell is too thin
I purchased the Helios a little while back and finally got the chance to use it. While it did provide great warmth, the outer shell material is too thin and after one use a small hole 1/4 in to 1/8 in appeared and started losing feathers. I contacted the company and the customer service rep just advised me to purchase some fabric repair tape. I was not even in the woods when this happened. I purchased this for backpacking in the woods and now I am afraid to use it unless I wear a wind breaker over it.
