All sale comforters are customer returns or factory seconds in like-new condition. All returns have been thoroughly washed and inspected for quality. There may be small cosmetic imperfections on these pieces but warmth and performance are not affected, especially when used in a Duvet Cover. All are fully covered under our warranty and may be returned for any reason for up to 30 days after receipt.

Been looking for a good winter duvet a long time as I’ve been disappointed with past purchases. Never warm enough, too heavy or needing multiple layers to stay warm. Very happy with the quality of this product…. well made & soft. I’ve always avoided feathered duvets as they tend to shed & smell when damp. More importantly I’m an animal lover and was happy there’s no cruelty in this product. Alternative down duvets not warm enough. I took a gamble buying in the summer. So far lucky the king duvet fitted perfectly into my full/queen bamboo cover. I haven’t tried out its warmth yet as we are in summer. But felt the arctic was a safe gamble. The Feathered Friends team were very helpful and helped me pick arctic as I run cold in a house with no heating. My bedroom gets down to 42 degrees living in northern california. I’ll review its warmth when winter arrives but so far very pleased…
