I purchased a FF comforter last year, I wish I had gotten the pillows sooner. Top notch in every way. I prefer the softest version…but it still holds its form. I’ll never use a different pillow again!

Nice pillow, beware the return policy

The pillow wasn't quite as firm as I hoped, so I decided to return it. I was charged a $35 fee for returning (wash/repair fee). Apparently there was a small hole in the pillow. (They did provide an image, though how I would know if it was my pillow or not?) I handled the pillow with extreme care, always having it in a protective cover. So if there was a hole, it either came with the pillow, or the pillow has serious fragility issues. They also claimed there was pet hair on the pillow. Now, I do have cats, but since the pillow was always covered, any trace would have been miniscule. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth. I can no longer recommend doing business with this company, and will be finding another provider for my down purchases moving forward.
