Like a cloud, but zipper isn’t the easiest
This bag is incredible. So light, super soft material but also seems durable. The small fits my 5’2” frame perfectly. As others have noted, plenty of room to sleep on your side in fetal position; I don’t feel restricted that way, which is huge. Bag is quite warm, especially for the weight of it. Feet stay warm too. I’m amazed; no cold spots. My only gripe is that the zipper on mine isn’t easy to zip up from inside the bag. I have to hold the end point taut and focus on closing it smoothly, which… let’s just say this could be frustrating in the middle of the night in my tent with someone sleeping next to me.

so so warm
Haven’t used it out yet, but instantly toasty when laying in it on a cold night with all the windows open. Almost too warm, so I imagine it’ll be perfect for actual camping on a chilly night (I get VERY cold easily). Can’t wait to use! I’m 5’1 and got the short length, plenty of room to wriggle around and my feet don’t touch the bottom (but also not so much extra room that I’m swimming in it). Love the high quality zippers and how the inside zip seams are taped to prevent snagging. Definitely worth the investment.

Perfect fit
I love that this small sleeping bag (I’m 5 feet tall) is such a good fit. My feet are warm because they’re in the correct place that has more down insulation. I sleep on my side or prone flamingo and this bag is roomy enough in the hip area to sleep comfortably. I found the hood at my head to be comfortable fit for my small pillow. The temperature at night was in the mid to low 40s and I was warm wearing a light layer, socks and knitted hat while sleeping. This sleeping bag is a lovely color, soft and light, and it’s roomy enough for me without cold spots!

The best sleeping bag - especially for short women!
We were backing at the base of Mt. Rainier and I had had one too many cold nights. I had a synthetic sleeping bad that was inches too long for me and my feet, no matter what I did, were always cold. This sleeping bag is absolutely amazing. It's one of the first times in my life I tried something and it just fit. I love the shorter length, the extra down in the footbed and chest. It's soooo ridiculously lightweight. And compresses down super small. The iris color is beautiful. My only compliant is that the zipper mechanism could be smoother. 4.9/5. Will absolutely be racing about FF to everyone in my life.

Great Bag!
Feathered Friends staff were so helpful as my partner and I chose new bags--our first in 20+ years. We love the Egret YF 20 degree bag. It's light, warm, easily packable, very well made, and pretty!
