Simply the best
What more is there to say other than the BEST sleeping bags. Best quality, fair price and made in USA. This my 4th Feathered Friends bag. My initial one, purchased over 40 years ago, is still great.

Very happy so far
I've not used the bag yet but the quality of construction shines through and I can't wait to use it. The hood is on the small side but i dont see that as an issue and worth the trade off for weight and compressibility. My head is still covered. I am glad I went with the larger diameter. I think the 60 inch would have been pretty cozy. I'm 6 2, 215 and wear a 44 reg. Hope that helps.

Incredible bag
I initially ordered the Swallow but after speaking with one of the reps via email, he recommended I go with the Swift. I am a big guy and the bag was perfect for me on my last outing. Didn't get close to 20 F here in the mountains of Tajikistan during the summer, but I was comfortable all night and never got hot. Compresses down to an incredibly small size. I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Swift 20/30 30 degree bag 6’6” Long
I have a Western Mountaineering Sequoia Long (overstuffed from Hermit’s Hut) I use in the winter, phenomenal bag. The FF Swift 30 degree bag was to compliment the in the 3 seasons outside of winter. I am 6’0”, 170 pound “old man”. I like to stay warm and often use the FF booties as well. The Swift fits the way I like it to fit. Camped at 36 degrees and was almost too warm. Great! I believe I like the zipper system on the WM Sequoia a little better but expect the FF to wear in nicely. The interior was buttery smooth! Hood fit me perfect! Am so pleased with the Swift! It will be used frequently. Oh did I mention it packs up extremely small? Sweeeeeet!

Good Bag!
The Swift is a good bag. Lightweight and comfortable. I do really wish it had a draft collar at the top. I have the 20 degree bag and used it on nights in the 40s. It was okay, but I felt like I lost a lot of warmth. Because the bag is built big to accommodate big shoulders and torso, there is more room for warm air to escape, and a draft collar would really help. As constructed, I would be worried about using this bag below freezing, but I haven't tried it yet to know for sure. I am 5'9, 240lbs, 54" chest. The 6' Swift is a comfortable fit, neither constricting or excessively roomy. I can lie in it with my arms comfortably at my sides.
