To Measure
Sleeve:
With your arms slightly bent measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to your wrist
Chest:
Measure around your chest holding the measuring tape under your armpit
Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part
Inseam:
While standing, measure from the inside of your leg from crotch to ankle

This “Medium” is so roomy around the armpits and SO Large due to a “ baffle” that was sewn into the inside made the Medium when layered with a Largw to break the zipper and I had to get a whole new zipper replacement on the 500$$$ Travel Shell that I had only had for four months. Luckily, they were able to find a spare in their warehouse and but other than that I would have been unable to wear the jacket zipped up anymore..The baffle affected the zipper when layered. To my surprise so now I will only order a small from Feathered Friends. It would help if the Jacket was named male or female and if it was male then I would know the size would be a small as I am a “small” size in me s clothes. Thank- You or I would have returned it as well for someone else to wear.
